There’s something very beautiful about these tiled floors, from the history and the stories they could tell to how durable they are if looked after.

Removing any stains on tiles firstly before the floor cleaning starts, we use different cleaning solutions for every type of tile, these required a stripping agent to help with the clean.
We then gently scrub the floor with our specialist rotary cleaning machines before extracting the dirt on the tiles, we rinse the tiles with neutralised fresh water as we remove the dirty slurry.
It’s always impressive results deep cleaning tiles this way, we then neutralise the floor again with an acidic wash, this helps aid once we seal the floor.
Tiles are left to dry naturally for three to five days then we return to seal.
This is were the magic happens!
Sealing a tiled floor can’t be rushed and we apply as many coats as possible until the tile is full and protected.
Lithofin stain stop enhancement seal is our choice for this victorian tiled floor.
Three coats were applied in total with a final buff!
This floor was ready to be walked on in as little as two hours.
